Its main derivative is to work for the most vulnerable section of the society that's WOMEN.
The empowerment and autonomy of women and the improvement of their political, social, economic and health status is a highly important end in itself.
Promoting the fulfilment of women's potential through education, skill development and employment, giving paramount importance to the elimination of poverty, illiteracy and ill health among women.
1)Eliminating all practices that discriminate against women; assisting women to establish and realize their rights, including those that relate to reproductive and sexual health.
2) Adopting appropriate measures to improve women's ability to earn income beyond traditional occupations, achieve economic self-reliance, and ensure women's equal access to the labor market and social security systems.
(3) Eliminating violence against women. Making it possible, through laws, regulations and other appropriate measures.
This NGO is working for women to make them self-dependent and trying to connect them with self-employment by providing them Skill development courses, Agriculture trainings on Mushroom cultivation, organic farming, quality seed grower, Sewing and Tailoring, Food processing and Dairy farming.
Apart from this we have installed some sanitary napkin vending machines in interior villages for easy accessibility of napkins.
Tree plantation awareness camps for fighting against climate chance and extinction of resources and how every individual can contribute its bit against it. Because it's the high time we all saved our the mother nature.
